Reiki II - ONLINE

In the Reiki II class students will learn Reiki healing for the purpose of deepening their practice toward the healing of self and others. The class emphasizes the active and experiential practice of Reiki integrating hands-off or distance healing into the student’s knowledge of hands-on healing from Reiki Level I. Additional self-care techniques will be introduced including mindfulness meditations focusing on breathing and awareness of subtle energies.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I.  Class can be repeated if looking to renew previous teachings; all lineages welcome.
